Atomic Habits - Book Review
This books surprised me. I didn't expect a habit-building book would keep my interest from beginning to end. I read it during the pandemic and loved it so much that I was telling all my librarian colleagues about it and even started a little ad-hoc book club to discuss it. Well, not everyone liked it. Ha, but I found it quite relevant to my profession so why not! Here are some of my thoughts: The Four Laws of Behavior Change in Librarianship Make It Obvious: Develop clear workflows for literature searches and resource promotion, such as standardized templates and visible resource guides. Make It Attractive: Use engaging displays and digital promotions to highlight library services and research tools.
